Sending all our PBC UK members best wishes as they go to compete in the 2024 Pickleball English Nationals which start this Thursday and run until Sunday. There are over 1,100 players this year so it will be tough competition!

Tips from the coach: high concentration 🧠 from the start as there's little time to warm up and mentally prepare; communicate with your partner who takes what; aim for the MIDDLE as much as possible until you settle into the match...dont risk in the beginning! Suss out where your opponents weaknesses are and play on them! Take time to THINK THINK THINK how you will win each rally.
